Terms and Conditions - Cooking Class

Organization
All courses and classes are organized and conducted by the Organizer, Enrico Vallaperta, with a registered office in Verona, Italy.

Courses and Classes
Courses and classes generally last three hours, followed by a fourth hour for a seated tasting of what was prepared during the class.

Reservation and Payment Methods
Reservations are considered complete only after full payment has been received and confirmed. If payment is not received or only partially received, the reservation may be canceled.
Payments may be made by one of the following methods: directly at our office or by completing a credit card payment through the registration form on our website www.pastaverona.com.
Once full payment is received, the Organizer will send a confirmation email with the venue, date, and time of the class.

Charitable Donation
10% of the net proceeds—defined as the amount remaining after taxes, third-party commissions, and direct costs related to the course—will be donated to Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders Italy to support medical and humanitarian activities in Palestine.
This donation will be made at the end of the calendar year. Upon request, participants may receive a copy of the donation receipt.

Course Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, class content, or instructors for organizational reasons while maintaining the same level of quality and continuity.
We also reserve the right to reschedule one or more classes, always providing timely notice to participants.
Courses may be canceled due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control. In such cases, fees already paid will be refunded within 10 days of the cancellation.

Course Withdrawal or Changes by the Participant
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email to: info@pastaverona.com

Withdrawal from a joinable class
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start of the class: full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class: no refund.

Participant Conduct and Liability
The Organizer provides participants with kitchen equipment, ingredients, and teaching materials, for which they are responsible. These materials must be used solely for course purposes, with care and proper conduct, in accordance with the Organizer’s instructions.
Participants agree to use all provided materials safely and appropriately. The Organizer is not liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from the misuse of kitchen tools or materials (e.g., knives, pots, heat, boiling water).
Teaching materials will be provided as needed, at the discretion of the Organizer. All necessary ingredients and materials are included in the registration fee. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings brought onto the premises; the Organizer accepts no liability for loss or damage.
Upon registration, participants declare they are in good health and able to take part in the cooking activities, having been informed about any potential risks, procedures, and safety protocols. Participants also release the Organizer from any liability related to food allergies or intolerances, whether caused by ingestion or contact.
Please note: we cannot accept participants with life-threatening allergies due to the high risk of cross-contamination.

Objective of the Courses
The courses aim to educate participants about healthy cooking habits for general well-being. They are intended as health education.

Privacy Policy
The Organizer is the data controller for any personal data provided by the participant. All personal data, including email addresses, are stored securely in Enrico Vallaperta's database and will not be shared without explicit consent, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Participants may request modification or deletion of their data at any time. Personal data may be used to send promotional or marketing material.

Jurisdiction
For any dispute arising between the parties concerning the validity, interpretation, performance, or application of this contract, the exclusive competent court will be the Court of Verona, Italy.
These terms are publicly available on the Organizer’s website. By registering for a course, participants unconditionally accept these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions – Wine Tours

Organization
All wine tours are organized by Cooking experience Verona, managed by Enrico Vallaperta, with registered office in Verona, Italy. The Organizer is responsible exclusively for the transportation and accompaniment of participants during the tour.

Tour Content and Responsibilities
Wine tours include transportation to and from selected wineries, guidance during the experience, and scheduled tastings. However, all activities that take place inside the wineries, including the wines served and products consumed, are the sole responsibility of the host winery.Participants under the age of 18 will not be served any alcoholic beverages, in compliance with applicable laws.
Apart from damages that may occur during car transport—covered by the Organizer’s third-party auto liability insurance—Cooking experience Verona assumes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries involving participants during the tour.

Reservation and Payment Methods
Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment. If payment is not received or only partially received, the reservation may be canceled. Payment can be made directly at our office or via credit card through the booking form on our website: www.pastaverona.com.
Once full payment is received, participants will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details of the tour, including location, date, and time.

Tour Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary or winery visits due to organizational or logistical needs, while ensuring the quality and overall experience is maintained.
Tours may be canceled in cases of force majeure or other situations beyond the Organizer’s control. In such cases, full refunds will be issued within 10 days of cancellation.

Tour Cancellation by the Participant
Participants may cancel the tour by notifying the Organizer in writing via email at: info@pastaverona.com

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date: full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour: no refund.

Participant Conduct and Liability
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the entire experience. The Organizer is not liable for any damage or loss to personal property or for any injury resulting from behavior not in accordance with safety instructions or local winery regulations.
Participants acknowledge that they are in good health and physically able to join the tour and wine tastings. Upon registration, they release the Organizer from any liability related to personal health conditions or food and wine intolerances.

By registering for a wine tour, participants fully and unconditionally accept these terms and conditions, which are publicly available on the Organizer’s website.
