Wondering what our experience will be like? We’ll welcome you at 5 pm in our home, located in the heart of Verona, just a short stroll from the Arena. In a small group of up to six, we’ll start the evening with a Spritz Aperol and get to know each other. Then, we’ll hand you your apron, cooking knife, cutting board, and ingredients and we’re off!
First, we’ll prepare a delicious, classic Italian tiramisu, letting it chill while we get ready for the main event: making your own pasta! You’ll learn how to roll and cut two types of pasta by hand, and we’ll teach you how to pair each of them with the perfect sauce. Curious about all the details? Check our “Menu” page!
All of our recipes come straight from Enrico’s grandmother, and we keep things simple. No fancy cooking tools needed, so you can recreate everything at home! Also, no need to worry about taking notes; we’ll send you all the recipes by email immediately after the experience.
Our concept isn’t just about learning to cook. It’s about experiencing the Italian way of life: cooking, tasting, sharing, and connecting with others. Besides cooking, you’ll enjoy regional aperitivo bites, sip on sparkling wine, and after all the hard work, we’ll gather on our terrace to enjoy the food we’ve made together. All dishes are paired with some amazing local wines, carefully selected by Enrico, who’s a certified sommelier.

Use of high quality, locally sourced ingredients, all coming from Verona – because great food starts with great ingredients
