How long does the experience last?
Our cooking experience lasts around 4 to 4.5 hours. To make the most of your time in Verona, we start at 5 pm. This way, you could have the morning to explore Verona and/or its surroundings, and you’ll get to enjoy the Italian cooking experience followed by a delicious dinner in the late afternoon and evening.

Do I need to bring anything?
No, all you’ll need is included: kitchen utensils, cooking apron, drinking water, …

What happens after booking?
Once we’ve processed your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the exact location details and directions on how to get there.

What if I’m vegetarian?
No problem at all! All of our dishes are vegetarian-friendly, and we also offer vegetarian alternatives when needed. We’ll make sure you have a delicious and enjoyable experience, regardless of your dietary preferences.

What if I’m vegan or have gluten intolerance?
Unfortunately, our cooking experience is not suitable for vegans or individuals with gluten intolerance.

What if I have food allergies?
It’s important to let us know about any food allergies or dietary needs in advance. This way, we can provide you with a detailed list of the ingredients we use, so you can assess whether it’s safe for you to participate in the experience. Unfortunately, the experience is not suitable for individuals with severe or life-threatening allergies, as we cannot completely exclude the risk of cross-contamination.

Do you serve wine?
In our opinion, a great glass of wine is a must to complement a delicious dish! Upon arrival, we’ll greet you with a refreshing Spritz Aperol. In between preparing our dishes, a glass of sparkling wine will be served while tasting some regional aperitivo bites. During dinner, you’ll enjoy a glass of white and red wine, perfectly paired with the two types of pasta. To finish off the experience, we’ll serve a sweet red wine alongside our dessert. All wines are regional and carefully selected by Enrico, who’s certified sommelier.

How many participants will there be?
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we prefer to work with small groups. We limit the number of participants to a maximum of six, allowing for a more personalized experience.

Are the ingredients fresh?
Yes, all of our ingredients are fresh, but the eggs used for our tiramisù are pasteurized in accordance with Italian law for uncooked food. As for truffle, it may be frozen if it’s not in season, ensuring we still offer this delicious ingredient year-round.

How are the hygienic conditions?
We take hygiene very seriously. Our kitchen is always kept clean, and we follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable cooking experience for everyone. Since our kitchen and tools are shared by participants, there is a possibility of cross-contamination. We kindly ask that participants with long hair tie it back and that everyone remove rings, watches and bracelets before cooking. Between preparing dishes you will be frequently asked to perform hand washing.

Do I receive a copy of the recipes being prepared?
Yes, we’ll email you all the recipes after the cooking experience, so you can recreate the dishes at home whenever you like!
