You’ll learn how to make various types of homemade pasta, rolled and cut by hand. We decided to keep it simple without special kitchen tools, so you can easily recreate the dishes at home, impress your family and friends, and bring the true taste of Italy to your own kitchen!
Our concept is simple: Learn, cook, eat & enjoy. In between the hands-on learning and cooking, we’ll invite you to taste some of our favorite regional products and wines. With all the food you’ve prepared, we’ll wrap up the evening together around the table, enjoying a traditional Italian dinner on the terrace, the way it’s meant to be.

Once the cooking is done, it’s time for you to sit back and relax. With what you have prepared, we’ll serve you a three-course meal, with every dish expertly paired with an exquisite regional wine.
You’ll discover how to select the best ingredients, make pasta from scratch, and pair each type of pasta with the perfect sauce. You’ll also explore regional aperitivo bites with the ideal wine. And, of course, you’ll master the classic Italian dessert: tiramisu.
